Keystone Learning Co. was founded on a simple belief: children who struggle — whether with reading or math — aren't broken. They've just never been taught the way their brains learn best. As a Georgia-certified teacher in General and Special Education, I've spent my career building individualized lesson plans and measurable goals around each student's specific struggles — then tracking real progress against them, not just moving through a curriculum on autopilot.

My specialty is structured literacy using the Orton-Gillingham approach — the gold-standard, research-backed method for students with dyslexia and reading delays. Every reading lesson is explicit, systematic, and multisensory, building skills in a careful sequence that lets real confidence take root.

That same careful, step-by-step approach carries into how I teach math. Whether a student needs to shore up foundational number sense, work through a concept that never quite clicked, or move ahead of grade level, I build a plan around exactly where they are — not where a textbook assumes they should be.

Just as important as the method is the relationship. Across every school I've worked in — and in both virtual and in-person sessions — the same feedback has come from principals and families alike: kids feel genuinely comfortable and connected with me. That trust is often what makes the difference between a student who tolerates tutoring and one who actually engages with it.

I provide reading, writing, spelling, and math tutoring for students from PreK through 12th grade, meeting each student exactly where they are — whether that means building foundational skills, working through a different learning style, or moving ahead of grade level.
